01. When conducting cables or electronic devices, the probe should meet the requirements. It is strictly prohibited to use a probe or copper wire for direct testing to prevent the plug of the power connector from being enlarged or damaging the inner wall or causing the pin to tilt;

02. Before inserting the power connector on the cable and electronic equipment, the power connector (plug and socket) on the cable should be checked first. Any appearance damage, pin (hole) corrosion, pin distortion, socket deformation, dust pollution, wire breakage, or shield wire breakage cannot be inserted;

03. The insertion and removal of power connectors during the process should generally be carried out after disconnecting the power supply and standing still for no less than 3 minutes, and live insertion and removal are prohibited;

04. After the completion of the model and product electrical performance, if the power connector does not separate for a long time, it should be insured according to the requirements of the design and process documents. The locking device of the power connector should not be loosened during the insurance.
