According to the production materials and customer requirements of the busbar pin connectors, there are four common packaging methods: bag packaging, box packaging, tube packaging, and tape packaging.

Bag packaging refers to packaging connectors into bags based on a certain quantity. Due to friction between the connectors inside the bag. So it is generally not used on expensive and precise connectors. Most of them are used with straight pin connectors with small pin positions, 90 degree pin connectors, or pin connectors with shorter contact pins. This packaging method is also the lowest cost.

The boxed packaging method has better pressure resistance. Compared to bagged connectors, the connectors inside the box are more stable, avoiding bending and displacement caused by the accumulation of pins.

The tube packaging method is actually a deformation of boxed packaging, in simple terms, it means rolling up the box of film packaging. The appearance is tube by tube. It is more suitable for connectors with long pin positions, which can better save space in storage and transportation, and protect the flat and intact surface of the pin patch to avoid being broken.

The tape packaging method has two advantages. One is that the fully automated production line can automatically complete the tape packaging without the need for further packaging steps. Secondly, when used by customers, connectors packaged with tape can be machine mounted, with high efficiency and high yield. But at the same time, packaging costs will also be higher.
