In order to achieve the goal of secure wiring, terminal blocks should continuously design new fixing methods to meet the requirements of different usage environments. From the beginning, after only considering spring wiring and screw wiring, more product plastic part fixing and conductive part fixing methods were developed.
The fixing methods for wiring terminal plastic parts include: fixer fixing, hook fixing, pin fixing, and through-wall fixing.
1. Products that are fixed using fixators include connectors with male and female belt fixators, as well as connectors with built-in solder pins. There are also wiring terminals and micro spring terminals on PCB boards.
2. Products with fixed hooks include connectors that have hooks on both male and female ends. Most spring terminals are particularly suitable for securing cold-pressed terminals.
3. Products fixed with pins mainly use pin-fixing plates to prevent loosening between the terminals and the plates.
4. Another type is the through-wall mount, which is primarily used to secure the mounting plate and allow for independent installation.
When selecting a fixing method, customers primarily consider the terminal application environment and the installation properties of their own equipment.
