Therefore, for single panel FPC cables, the maximum thickness of copper foil can only be 35U. The conductor thickness of the ffc cable can reach 35U, 50U, and 100U. If the terminal demand side wants the conductor to pass a larger current, the impedance of the conductor must be small, and a conductor with a larger cross-sectional area must be used.
