1. When conducting heat dissipation design, the operation of the pin and female connectors will generate heat. If the temperature is too high, it will affect the attenuation speed and stability of the LED. Therefore, the heat dissipation design of the PCB board and the ventilation and heat dissipation design of the box will affect the performance of the LED product.
2. The nominal current for designing the current value of the pin female connector is 20mA. It is generally recommended that the maximum operating current should not exceed 80% of the nominal value, especially for display screens with small point spacing. Due to poor heat dissipation conditions, the current value should also be reduced.
3. When conducting anti-static operations, assembly manufacturers using pin connectors should have good anti-static measures to avoid risks.
4. Pay attention to controlling the verticality of the lamp, as for the plug-in pin female connector, there should be sufficient process technology to ensure that the LED product is perpendicular to the PCB board when passing through the furnace.
5. Attention should be paid to the strict control of the temperature and time of the wave soldering for the female connector of the pin row. The preheating temperature should be 100 ℃± 5 ℃, with a maximum of 120 ℃, and the preheating temperature should rise steadily. The welding temperature should be 245 ℃± 5 ℃, and the welding time should not exceed 3 seconds.
